Should we make a mistake with your order, we will arrange for the product to be corrected or a new product supplied. As all orders are custom made and personalised we do not offer a refund on any of the products.
If you (‘the customer’) has ordered incorrectly, so long as the item has not been personalised we only offer an exchange for the correct item. If an item has been personalised then unfortunately you will need to purchase another product.
All postage costs, including shipping out the new item is the responsibility of the customer.
